We Teach a Style of Ju Jitsu Dedicated to Effective Self Defence

It's great teaching adults but to see how kids grow in confidence, knowing they can make a difference is what makes it all worthwhile.

Kids soon learn that it's not all about punching and kicking, learning to move and dodge punches, escape from holds both standing and on the ground. It's so much more about personal growth and becoming a more confident person, using your voice, staying fit and healthy and avoiding or evading potential situations.

Our kids Self Defence Classes in Rugby are held at Newbold Rugby Club, pop along to see what we do or even register for a Free Trial.

Classes are a mixture of fun and activities to keep your kids fit, the more serious aspects are covered with a non-aggressive approach. Kids Safety is the main objective but our mission is to help you, help your kids be Safer, Fitter, Better Behaved and More Confident.
