We started this class in the first Covid lockdown
of March 2020 and have kept it going ever since. Ju Jitsu Rugby members are invited to join in any weekday morning. It truly is a great way to start the day.
It would be easy to roll over and go back
to sleep but if you can develop the habit which starts as self discipline, this can have a dramatic positive effect on your life.
Use this as an opportunity to get yourself in Great Shape.

What do we do?
A good warm-up
with some dynamic stretches, light exercises to get the blood circulating, a few rounds of punching and kicking drills, bodyweight exercises and a good stretch to finish off.
Anyone can do this!
Regardless of age, size, sex or gender. You can join in as much or as little as you feel up to. However, if you do have any health issues, consult your GP before starting any exercise program.
