Ju Jitsu Rugby Grading

PERMISSION TO GRADE

Your Grading will take place on Wednesday 21st June 2023. If you have any questions or concerns then be sure to contact me. Otherwise follow the instructions below.

CERTIFY

I certify that the information contained herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand the rules and regulations of my grading. I confirm that I will be examined by the head instructor of Ju-Jitsu-Rugby.

AGREEMENT

I hereby agree to pay Ju-Jitsu-Rugby the amount specified below, Payments will be made before examination, to “Ju-Jitsu-Rugby”. So long as I remain in good standing I will be entitled to attend all gradings of the type indicated, and that apply to my ability.

GRADING FEES:

£40 (Module 4) - Enter 'Your Details' and proceed to the 'Pay Now' button.
