Here's What Some of Our Parents Have to Say -

Malcolm is a great instructor that implements his teachings in a fun and enjoyable way whilst not forgetting the traditional values and discipline of Ju Jitsu. My son has been attending for a few years now and has benefited in many ways from general fitness, learning the martial art itself and just simply having fun.

Malcolm has being a great calming influence on my son. He’s nurtured him and given him confidence in himself. He’s always excited each week to go along. Malcolm works wonders each week with the children, always listens to them and makes them feel important. I can not praise Ju Jitsu enough or thank Malcolm enough for all his hard work.
Natalie Skene

A highly effective class that my 9 yo daughter thoroughly enjoys. She gets a great disciplined workout whilst having fun. Malcolm is a brilliant, patient teacher who has a knack for getting the best out of kids.
Julie Fox

Our 10 year old son Samuel is throughly enjoying his ju jitsu classes - they're both challenging and fun. Malcolm is a fantastic instructor and the children respond well to his clear, disciplined and enthusiastic approach. We would be very happy to recommend these classes to others.
Kate Attenborough

Jujitsu teaches Darcy so many different life skills. She has become more confident and her ability to listen to instructions has definitely improved. It is amazing to see the weekly progress that the children make in the class learning new skills and making new friends
Laura Dean

From the very first ju-jitsu session, Sensei Malcolm made my son feel at ease and welcome. He's approachable and very informative in class. Daniel's confidence has grown and enjoys attending each week and is proud of himself when he passes each grading.
Joanne Willis

Jujitsu classes are brilliant for my 11 year old as it's not just kicking and punching, there's a lot of fitness with fun games, being taught different values such as respect and discipline, although he still likes the throwing his mate onto a crash mat.
Lee Holden

Ju Jitsu Rugby it's great classes for everyone who needs physical development and self-confidence. I highly recommend !

My son has been doing jujitsu classes for a few years and he loves it! From his perspective it is fun and very active. From a parents perspective we can see how it has improved his listening skills, concentration and it has also boosted his confidence.
Sonella Hesseling

I cannot recommend jujitsu rugby highly enough. Tess has been a member for 4 years now and always looks forward to the classes. Sensei Malcolm has an incredible ability to blend learning with fun, and each semester teaches not only new techniques but also focuses on a particular safety topic.
I have no doubt that these classes have played a big part in my daughter becoming more confident and respectful.
Darren Wood

Matthew is now 11 and has been going to Ju Jitsu for over 3 years. He has recently moved up to the next level. When I asked him what he would say about the classes this was his reply. "Even though some of the techniques are hard to learn, Malcolm makes it fun and we laugh a lot ".
I would say there is the right amount of learning, fun and discipline and Malcolm is great with the children!
Highly recommended!
Karen Sandall

My sons (5 & 7) both attend Ju Jitsu Rugby and really enjoy learning the martial art.
They are also learning a lot of discipline and self discipline, social awareness and self confidence - not to mention the physical workout. Sensei Malcolm is a kind, patient, generous and good teacher. Highly recommend.

For Girls and Boys!

We have an equal number of Girls and Boys throughout our programs who all benefit equally as well.

It's Not About Fighting!

There is a belief that Martial Arts is teaching kids to fight but that couldn't be further from the truth. They do learn skills that they could use if they needed to but their new skills and confidence is much more likely to helps prevent them from getting into a fight.
