PERMISSION TO GRADE

Your Grading will take place on Wednesday 6th July 2022. If you have any questions or concerns then be sure to contact me. Otherwise follow the instructions below.

If you feel a little nervous about grading, that's OK it's normal 😊 Some people decide to sit out and watch the first grading, however, in my experience they usually regret that decision and wish they'd taken part.

CERTIFY

I certify that the information contained herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand the rules and regulations of my grading. I confirm that I will be examined by the head instructor of Ju-Jitsu-Rugby.

AGREEMENT

I hereby agree to pay Ju-Jitsu-Rugby the amount specified below, Payments will be made before examination, to “Ju-Jitsu-Rugby”. So long as I remain in good standing I will be entitled to attend all gradings of the type indicated, and that apply to my ability.
